There are so many modalities and experiences that can be incredibly impactful in life and while on a wellness or healing journey. Things like meditation, a mindfulness practice, sound healing, journalling, Reiki, acupuncture, forest bathing, counselling, unwavering support from a community, and grounding in nature - just to name a few!
All of these things can work together in unison to support you, to bring you a greater sense of calm as you navigate life, and to create the space for you to do the powerful inner work. We are big proponents of trying it all and seeing what resonates for you at this point in your journey, while also remembering that this may shift down the road.

For us, meditation and sound healing have been absolute game changers. These combined with the support of an incredible community, spending time out in nature, burning bowl ceremonies, and a focus on gratitude have brought immense healing, a rediscovery of who we really are, and have created incredible momentum on our journeys. ​

Creating a welcoming and safe space for everyone to explore meditation and continue on their unique healing or wellness journey has always been our focus. So whether this will be your first experience with meditation, or you've got a daily practice already in place, you are welcome here!

Sound Baths
Imagine yourself laying down, cozy under a warm blanket, eyes closed. You're grounded and connected to your breath, it's coming slow and steady now. Your mind is quiet, your body relaxed. You can feel the vibrations of these healing instruments washing over you, moving through you, swirling all around you. They bring with them deep relaxation, an opportunity for healing, to come into better alignment, to rediscover who you truly are.

Our collection of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, drums, a gong, flute, and other healing instruments all come together to create an immersive experience unlike any other.​
Meditation
You've likely heard all about the benefits of meditation. Everything from reduced stress, better sleep, improved mental health, increased self awareness, and a rediscovery of your authentic self.
